Kasganj Olampic Association - Terms and Conditions

  • Registration:
    1. Participants must register for the event through the official registration process.
    2. Registration is considered complete only upon payment of the registration fee.
    3. No refunds will be issued for the registration fee under any circumstances.
  • Eligibility:
    1. The event is open to students enrolled in professional course colleges.
    2. Participants must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each sport.
  • Code of Conduct:
    1. All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the principles of fair play, sportsmanship, and ethical behavior throughout the duration of the event.
    2. Respect for fellow participants, officials, and event staff is paramount. Any form of disrespectful behavior, including but not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, or discrimination, will not be tolerated.
    3. Participants must adhere to the rules and regulations of each sport as outlined by the organizing committee. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through cheating or violation of the rules may result in immediate disqualification.
    4. Fair competition is at the core of our event. Participants are expected to compete with integrity, honesty, and a spirit of friendly competition.
    5. The use of performance-enhancing substances or any form of doping is strictly prohibited and will result in severe consequences, including disqualification and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
    6. Participants must respect the facilities, equipment, and property provided for the event. Any intentional damage to event property or equipment will result in financial liability for the participant responsible.
    7. Abusive language, gestures, or any behavior that creates a hostile or unsafe environment will not be tolerated. Participants are encouraged to resolve disputes in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
    8. Compliance with all event policies and instructions from officials and event staff is mandatory. Failure to adhere to these directives may lead to disqualification from the event.
    9. The organizing committee reserves the right to investigate and address any reported violations of the Code of Conduct. Decisions made by the committee are final and binding.
    10. Participants are ambassadors of their respective colleges and are expected to represent them with pride and dignity. Any behavior that brings disrepute to the participant's college or the event itself may result in disciplinary action.
  • Event Schedule:
    1. The event schedule will be communicated through official channels, and participants are responsible for being aware of the timings and venues.
    2. The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the schedule if necessary.
  • Safety and Medical:
    1. Participants are responsible for their own safety during the event.
    2. First aid facilities will be available on-site, and participants are encouraged to report any injuries immediately.
    3. The organizing committee is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.
  • Cancellation and Refunds:
    1. The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event for reasons beyond its control.
    2. In the event of cancellation, registration fees will be refunded in the same account managers used for payment
  • Disqualification:
    1. The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of the rules or engaging in unsportsmanlike behavior.
  • Code of Ethics:
    1. Participants must respect the facilities and equipment provided for the event.
    2. Any damage to college property will result in financial liability for the participant responsible.
  • Amendments:
    1. The organizing committee reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes through official channels.
